AIpic.dev is a curated editorial directory of AI tools for photography. This page explains what data we collect during your visit, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR.
Data controller
AIpic.dev is operated by the AIpic.dev editorial team. For any request regarding personal data you can write to privacy@aipic.dev.
Data we collect
We do not require registration and we do not collect direct identifiers. We only store: (a) a technical cookie to remember your language choice and cookie consent; (b) aggregated click events on external tools (if you opt in), used to rank the «Top 30 Most Used Tools» list.
Legal basis
Technical cookies are used under our legitimate interest in operating the site. Aggregated analytics cookies are activated only after your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention
The language and consent cookie last up to 12 months. Aggregated click events are not linked to personal identifiers and are retained for statistical purposes.
Third parties
We use Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd) to record aggregated clicks. Links to external tools point to sites with their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their processing.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner, or request information / deletion by writing to privacy@aipic.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
